The property was beautiful and immaculately cared for, the service impeccable. We felt like absolute VIPs. Transportation was coordinated from the airport so that we were picked up and greeted with drinks. We stayed in a roomy 2-bedroom condo that looked out on the pool and you could walk right out to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Laundry service free!?! We booked trips and rented golf carts with the concierge. Sister property had an awesome gym. Can’t say enough about the staff and property. 10/10 would recommend.

They over charge for carts, transfers. Drinks at the pool bare are horrible. The rooms are nice. The restaurant Rain had flies all around us while we ate. Will never go back there again.

Lets start with the positives: Check in was simple Having someone pick me up was simple The room was beautiful Clean The view in the back was breath taking. Not far from secret beach Ajis And the truck stop. Negatives: The staff has no sense of urgency. I paid pver $500 USD to stay and my water never was hot. After complaining twice and nothing being done i just checked out the property. It was my birthday and I extended my stay but went to another hotel for the extra night. Im still so upset that my concerns werent addressed there wasnt a accommodation to put me in another room. I wasnt going to let my birthday be ruined so I left. Beautiful property sub par service Everyone is too busy on their phones to really help. I recorded all of them on there phones and not willing to help me
