I did not like being stranded at the airport after the hotel booked me a cab that did not accept anything except for cash in which I did not have. Why would you offer a service if you’re not going to charge the bill to the room or at least provide a service that doesn’t just take cash.

This was not a pleasant stay. We did book this hotel for all the amenities. We had a long travel day and on the website it says “jetted tub, pillow menu, and premium bedding” all which this hotel did not have. On top of it, it did not have any warm water. We asked maintenance to come and they said the whole floor was having issues. They were not able to change our room as the hotel was booked. Staff addressed this issues, like “it is what it is” rather than trying to make this a comfortable stay for us. Would not recommend this place. I never write negative comments but this place was horrible. Wi-Fi was also very unstable.

Absolutely breathtaking!!! Don’t think twice! Book this resort!!!!! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and the grounds are unreal. They have a shuttle that will take you in and from the town and they are located perfectly to walk to the beach or walk to town.

Really nice hotel for a reasonable price, it feels like a four star, unlike others I have been in. It is pretty grand and beautiful inside. It is right near the center of town which is very convenient for tourists especially, for restaurants and shopping, and easy to walk back after several drinks. It gets really crowded on the main streets just a few blocks away and is like a perpetual street party - tons of fun! Big venues nearby like the opera house and a palace and cathedral, all great visits. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff is very nice. The property looks like the outdated Hilton properties. The water in the shower was not hot. The place was plagued by a terrible scent. It was better, though, than sleeping on the streets of Palermo.
