Panoramic seaview room!

The hotel is in a good location close to the seaside and several interesting restaurants. We had a nice room with a partial seaview and enjoyed our stay. Since it is the low season we were alone in the hotel!

Recommended Castro Hotel.

Very good hotel located perfectly for an enjoyable stay in Castro only a few steps from the Marina and bars / restaurants. Views from the hotel befit the name Panaramico and do not disappoint. Swimming pool great. Service from all staff especially housekeeping excellent. The only criticism is decor and produce quality at breakfast

Riktigt slitet gammalt hotell där tiden stannat på 1983. Stort behov av totalrenovering. Katastrofsängar. Diverse hår överallt. Trasiga lampor. Rostfläckar i toaletten. Rostig hylla i duschen. Skåpluckor på sniskan. Begränsad frukost. Bra trappa och kort avstånd till vattnet. Poolen var bra.

Spettacolare

Ho trovato questa struttura su Hotels cercando un po’ in giro in tutta la Puglia, avevo voglia di regalare al mio compagno un soggiorno da sogno e così è stato! Struttura bellissima, a pochissimi metri dalla caletta delle sorgenti a Castro, raggiungibile tramite un passaggio interno; in pieno centro con una vista mozzafiato (allego foto della vista dal mio terrazzo); personale gentilissimo è super disponibile. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante dell’hotel la prima sera, su una terrazza vista mare con la luna che lo illuminava! Aggiungo che il mio compagno è celiaco e tutto lo staff si è prodigato con estrema gentilezza (gli hanno preparato un pasticciotto senza glutine per colazione e durante la cena gli hanno preparato delle linguine ai frutti di mare buonissime)! Posto consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Die Anlage ist wunderbar Blumen überall . die Treppen waren etwas zuviel da ich Hüftprobleme habe . Das Personal verdient ein grosses Lob . Bravo Die Betten waren etwas zu tief .

Bellissimo Hotel di Castro Marina

Hotel in ottima posizione e con vista mare dal ristorante ma il personale poco professionale.Portano i piatti su tavoli diversi a noi e’capitato per 4 sere di fila con camerieri non da 4 stelle e poco professionali.Il responsabile di sala prende la comanda e poi attese lunghe e li portano in tavoli sbagliate.Il responsabile segue i clienti esterni e non gli importa dei clienti interni.Forse in questi tempi pagare una camera €210 al giorno senza il bere la signora titolare dovrebbe migliorare il servizio.Direttore inesistente visto solo una volta in ufficio ma dovrebbe gestire il tutto.Colazione Personale alle 7,30 senza divisa e senza mascherina comunque simpatico.Il posto e’ meraviglioso ma personale di reception e di sala ristorante da rivedere.Il mangiare e’ ottimo ma ringrazio 2 ragazzi bravissimi e simpatici Luca della piscine e Ronny del ristorante.Il responsabile Sig. Salvatore professionale ma dovrebbe un po’ gestire la consegna dei piatti a tavola e coordinare il personale di sala di cui rientra nelle sue mansioni.Saluto tutti e spero che quando ritornero’ non ci sia i valzer dei piatti fra i tavoli Domenico
