Your manager is unprofessional and very rude.

She doesn't listen very well, she constantly interrupted me during the check in process, I was so frustrated I walked out and decided to spend the extra money at the best wetern. When asked who the manager was she said herself, she might be an assistant manager but I discovered that she is not the general manager.

Move on!

This hotel, at $*, was one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. After asking for a non-smoking room, we were placed in in a room that smelled like a New Orleans bar during Mardi Gras. It was late so we stayed. The bed linens had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was infested with spiders and some sort of gnat-like critter. Bathroom: The tub was rusted, the faucet didn't work correctly making regulating the temperature almost impossible, and the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in some time. The breakfast sent us straight out to a fast food chain. The waffle maker was filthy. If you like clean, this is not the hotel for you.
