The holiday apartment 'Bilocale Brando' is a part of a farmhouse dating back to 1800 and located in Castiglion Fibocchi, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno alley. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for an extra fee. 2 fans: one ceiling fan and one portable fan are provided.

A shared outdoor area with a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower is available for your use.

The property is conveniently situated between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo and Val di Chiana. A ping pong court, a kindergarten, a volleyball ground are in the premises.

The perfect location to get to Arezzo's Christmas markets.

It's possible to do wine and oil tastings, and winery tours.

The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family.

Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property.

Free guided cellar tasting with the possibility of purchasing local products is available on-site.
