The warm living area opens onto a fully equipped American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals to share. After a day at the beach, by boat or exploring the Costa Brava, you can gather in this friendly space to extend the good moments.
Outside, a beautiful private 30 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors or simply enjoy the softness of the Mediterranean climate. The private swimming pool will undoubtedly be one of the favourite places for the whole family to cool off and relax under the sun. A private and communal pool is available.
The house is fully air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort during hot summer days. A television with French satellite channels is also available for your relaxation moments.
A free outdoor parking is at your disposal for your vehicle.
Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost, and the tourist tax is not included in the price.
