Villa was over a mile to beach ,property had not been cleand properly ie dirty under the beds empty water bottles in bedroom drawers and sweet wapers ,fridge door didnt always close ,only to wine glasses for 10 people, handrail came off in someone's hand in the first hour ,it did get fixed same day ,was charged for cleaning for when leave which wasnt refunded even though it wasn't clean on arrival, whould i use goldholm again MOST DEFINITELY NOT

Great house for 3 couples and 6 kids

We enjoyed our stay and loved the house. It’s 1.2 km from the sea. Some things need to be replaced or repaired. And we were disappointed that the jacuzzi was not heated. The kids spent hours in the pool and it’s easy to keep an eye on them. The living area is spacious and each family had their space. When we had an electrical problem Mr Bolivar came at 9:30 pm to take care of it.

Grande villa pour un sejour en famille

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour dans la maison de Pedro. La maison est grande est permet Ă  chacun d avoir un espace Ă  soit.. les 3 salles de bains et wc sont appreciables! La piscine et le jaccuzzi chauffĂ©s sont un sacrĂ© plus quand on vient hors saison. Le parc de jeux juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et la piste cyclable jusqu Ă  la mer sont aussi des atouts. Toutefois, la maison manque un peu d entretien (canapĂ© tiroir cuisine etc...)et les odeurs dues Ă  la proximitĂ© de la station d Ă©puration nous ont un peu dĂ©rangĂ©es... Une note quand mĂȘme trĂšs positive pour ce sejour; merci Pedro!

tres belle maison,conforme a notre attente.Le proprietaire PEDRO est est un homme charmant et ultra disponible.La piscine et le jacuzi sont un plus indeniable.L'ensemble de la maison ,fonctionnelle et agreable permet de profiter au maximun de la region...avec en bonus un grand soleil.C'etait notre 4ieme sejour avec Homelidays et toujours parfait....merci PEDRO. Moderenes Haus in urbaner Umgebung

Neues Haus mit gutem Wohnkomfort und kompletter Einrichtung. Die Parzelle ist zwar klein ohne GrĂŒnflĂ€chen aber hat einen schönen Pool mit Wihrlpool und PrivatsphĂ€re. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und modern Eingerichtet. Direkt vor dem Haus hat es einen Zugang zu einem schönen Naturschutzgebiet, ideal fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge/Wanderungen und unweit vom Strand. Herr Bolivar ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir können diese Liegenschaft empfehlen. Besten Dank.

Quelques désagréments

Belle villa, moderne et agréable. Déception dû au dysfonctionnement du chauffage du jacuzzi commandé, mais cependant remboursé. Dommage qu'il ait fallu attendre le 3Úme jours pour avoir de l'eau chaude et prendre une douche au mois de novembre pour 9 personnes !!! Il aurait était préférable de faire une vérification avant la location !! Déception quant aux accords passés avec le propriétaire sur le dédommagement financier, promesse non tenue !!! Néanmoins trÚs bonne appréciation de l'agent d'entretien Ruben, qui est trÚs agréable, disponible à toute heure, et dévoué.

La villa est spacieuse, rĂ©ellement comme sur les photos, nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçus et avons passĂ© une excellente semaine. Le confort est lĂ , comme notĂ©. Le chauffage marchait bien, la piscine et jacuzzi chauffĂ©s ce qui fait que nous avons pu en profiter malgrĂ© un temps maussade. La baignoire balnĂ©o a trĂšs bien fonctionnĂ©, les enfants ont adorĂ© ce qui fait que maintenant ils nous demandent la mĂȘme chose Ă  la maison !!! Lave vaisselle, lave-linge, Nespresso et cafetiĂšre normale, tout y est...TV avec chaĂźnes Françaises si besoin.... Un grand merci Ă  Monsieur Bolivar qui est Ă  notre Ă©coute et qui rĂ©pond de suite Ă  nos demandes. Les activitĂ©s aux alentours ne manquent pas,,.....magnifique promenade en bateau dans la marina, ballade en segway et petite moto Ă©lectrique ( ce qui permet ainsi d'amener les jeunes enfants avec nous ..) jusqu'Ă  Roses en longeant plage et campagne....Super..... Bref, nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ce moment.....

De surprises en surprises et pas toujours agreables

Nous avons louĂ© cette maison pour sa piscine chauffĂ©e et son jaccuzy chauffe impossible cette maison n est pas prĂ©vue pour etre utilisĂ©e en hivers.le compteur Ă©lectrique ne surporte pas cette charge, le compteur Ă  disjoncte jusqu'Ă  ce que l'on dĂ©cide de ne plus utiliser la piscine et le jaccuzy. Nous avions une balnĂ©othĂ©rapie dans la salle d'eau, avec une lĂ©gĂšre fuite qui c'est transformĂ©e en vague.la salle de bain et la chambre ont Ă©tĂ© inondĂ© car une vanne Ă  lĂąchĂ© sous la baignoire. Donc plus de bain. Pour nous c'Ă©tait important d avoir des points d'eau chaude, nous avons un petit fils porteur de la myopathie de duchenne .et ne louons que des maisons avec piscine chauffĂ©e. Cette maison, tres grande, ne doit pas ĂȘtre louĂ©e en hivers. Les alĂšses doivent ĂȘtre changĂ©es ,les prises dĂ©nudĂ©es protĂ©gĂ©es dans la chambre. Les portes des salles d eau vĂ©rifiĂ©es. .je conseille au propriĂ©taire de chauffer la maison avant l'arrivĂ©e des locataire, c n'est la moindre des choses. Nous avons l habitude de louer par homeliday en espagne et ailleurs , c'est la premiĂšre fois que nous sommes déçus.une villa avec accĂšs handicapĂ© doit avoir une pente douce Ă  l'entrĂ©e et non une petite marche.essaye de soulever un fauteuil Ă©lectrique..... bonne annĂ©e Ă  vous tous

VACANCES EN FAMILLE A LA TOUSSAINT (22/10 au 29/10/2016)

Samedi matin, avec le soleil, nous avons pu constatĂ© que la villa est comme sur les photos. TrĂšs belle prestation. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Le propriĂ©taire nous a trĂšs bien accueilli. Besoin d'un conseil, d un service, un coup de fil et l'intervention est faite. Il est Ă  votre Ă©coute. Nous avons passĂ© une super semaine en famille; Piscine, Jacuzzi, barbecue.....(internet fonctionne parfaitement) La rĂ©gion est splendide. Pour les ballades Ă  pied ou en voiture il n y a que l'embarras du choix. Une petite ballade en bateaux sur les canaux s'impose..... Encore merci Ă  Mr BOLIVAR et au site ABRITEL"HOMEAWAY" que j ai dĂ©couvert et qui est aussi Ă  votre Ă©coute, de votre inscription jusqu'Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour. TrĂšs sĂ©rieux. A conseiller. Bon courage Ă  tous et bonnes fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e. Internet fonctionnetrĂ©s bien Rien Ă  dire sur la Villa. Conforme Ă  ce qui est proposĂ©e.

Une semaine de détente au soleil

J'ai passĂ© mes vacance la 2 Ăšme semaine d'avril. La maison est comme sur les photos, les chambres sont spacieuses et Ă©quipĂ© de placard pour ranger les vĂȘtements. 3 salle de bain et wc, ça permet d’éviter les bouchons le matin. TrĂšs grand sĂ©jour on ne se sent pas Ă  l'Ă©troit. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ© en vaisselle, casserole, machine nespresso,... Nous avons bien profitĂ© du spa (eau trĂšs chaude) et de la piscine (chauffĂ© Ă  26°). Le terrain de la maison est petit mais bien pensĂ© et amenagĂ©, il y'a tout le nĂ©cĂ©ssaire. On peut garer 2 voitures dans la maison, les transats sont agrĂ©able. Le coin barbecue avec le store est trĂšs agrĂ©able. L'Ă©clairage extĂ©rieur est trĂšs bien (ça permet de profiter des soirĂ©e). Dans le jardin on a pas de vis Ă  vis avec les voisins c'est agrĂ©ables. La deuxiĂšme terrasse au 1 er Ă©tage est agrĂ©able aussi. A cotĂ© de la maison se trouve un petit parc avec balançoire et toboggans pour les enfants. Il y'a Ă©galement un chemin qui permet de faire des balades Ă  pied ou vĂ©lo le long de la muga pour rejoindre la plage. On peut Ă©galement facilement rejoindre des sentier balisĂ© de vĂ©lo ou de randonnĂ©e. Le cortalet Ă  4.1km de la maison est un petit coin trĂšs sympathique avec plein d'observatoire (pour voir la faune locale). J'ai remontĂ© 2/3 problĂšme Ă  M Pedro Bolivar, il les a rĂ©solut dans la journĂ©e. Il est rapide et serieux. Merci Ă  lui. Le point a amĂ©liorĂ© est la connexion internet un peu lente, je pense qu'avec une antenne wifi exterieur longue portĂ©e sur le toit de la maison la connexion pourrait ĂȘtre de meilleur qualitĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonne vacances. Merci
