Mooi centraal gelegen

Mooi uitzicht en vlak bij het strand en de winkels het enige minpunt de slechte wifi betaald parkeren voor de deur 5€ dagkaart in de zijstraten gratis als er plek is het apartement is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en eventueel 2 kinderen.

Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances

Rien de particulier à signaler sauf que la terrasse et la vue sont remarquables. Même ma petite chienne York à trouvé l'endroit à sa convenance, elle a gentiment respecté les lieux. Nous reviendrons probablement.

Appartement bien placé et au calme, parfait !

Idéalement placé dans Empuriabrava plein centre mais au calme car tourné vers la marina, l'appartement dispose en plus d'une méga terrasse pour y déjeuner et se reposer. Vue imprenable sur la marina et la baie de Rosas. Je recommande vivement d'autant plus que le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour vous apporter toutes les réponses à vos questions. On y retournera c'est sûr !

Propriétaire très sympathique par contre devrait être plus vigilant envers ses locataires lors des états des lieux car avons trouvé de la vaisselle sale (assiettes non lavées et verres douteux) Le sol n'était n'était pas très propre à l'arrivée, énormément de poussière sous les lits. Sinon belle batterie neuve de cuisine,mais un grille-pain ne serait pas de refus.L'appartement est suffisant pour 4 personnes ,plutôt 2 adultes et 2 enfants où ados car la petite chambre avec 2 lits superposés n'est pas adaptée pour un couple. La terrasse est superbe bien que nous n'en n'ayons pas profité vu le temps,la vue est imprenable sur les canaux. Bravo pour les draps et serviettes fournis gracieusement. Appartement dans l'ensemble agréable, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Appartement Très bien placé patiquement en bord de plage et à 2 pas des commerces. Très lumineux. Pour l'hiver bien chauffé. Équipement satisfaisant. Petite remarque il manque Quelques casseroles de taille petite et moyenne, car il ne y a que des grands faitouts.... Heureuse surprise télévision Française à disposition. C était notre première visite dans la région, Région magnifique avec des ballades de rêves sur le chemin côtier. Surtout allez visiter le Monastère de San Père de Rodes. Propriétaire sympathique. N hésitez pas à louer cet appartement.

Appartement bien situé avec une très belle vue.

L'appartement est très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la marina, la mer et les Pyrénées. Nous avons apprécié le balcon et la mise à dispo des vélos. Malheureusement je conseil au propriétaire de faire attention entre 2 locataires car nous avons trouvé la vaisselle sale à notre arrivée. Il faudrait également mettre à dispo des couteaux qui coupe et une poêle ou sauteuse plus grande. Ce petit désagrément ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bonnes vacances. Merci et bonne continuation.

De très agréables vacances, l'endroit est magnifique avec plein de jolies villages à visiter et surtout pas trop loin de Barcelone pour y faire une escapade. Le propriétaire est charmant, bien que l'on ne se soit pas vus ,mais au tél.très disponible et arrangeant . L'appart.est propre et très bien agencé, le descriptif est juste, vraiment contents du séjour. Je recommande cette location à 100 %. Merci Victor

l'appartement très bien situé, propre ,bien équipé et décoré,il ne manque rien. A disposition les vélos et bien d'autre choses , très grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la marina. L'appartement est calme .Le propriétaire très soucieux de notre confort , tout est vrai dans la description ... la mer, tout les commerces à coté A louer les yeux fermés , nous y retournerons .
