This beautiful part of a semi-detached house with communal pool is located 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, in a dominant panoramic position on the Valdarno in the Balze nature reserve.



The property consists of two fully equipped apartments, not internal but connected by an external staircase, from the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a splendid and suggestive panorama, you can access the living room and kitchen, the double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the valley and a private access staircase. Green areas with a children's playground are located below the house. In front of the accommodation is a pergola with table and chairs, a private garden area. Guests also have various games for children, table tennis, volleyball and bowls at their disposal.



The restaurant area with a large covered terrace is about 100 metres from the house. Here you will find organic products (wine, oil) from the small farm. A little further up is the large pool, where you can sunbathe and admire the relaxing landscape among the olive groves. The pool, which is available to all guests, has a children's swimming area and a whirlpool area. The house is ideally located for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its splendid surroundings, as well as other interesting neighbouring towns such as Florence (40 km), Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other areas with fine wines (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). Part of the access road is narrow (approx. 1.2 km long).
