Private: natural state property 100 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with trees, swimming pool (5 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at the house.
