La corte della Casera - Asperula

The Asperula apartment is located on the first floor in the Corte della Casera, a historic building dating back to the late 1800s in the historic center of Cassina Valsassina. It features a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace.
The Asperula apartment is situated on the first floor and has a spacious private loggia equipped for outdoor dining. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a 32" smart TV, a table and chairs, and a sideboard with a wood-burning fireplace (use upon request). Like the living area, the kitchen is complete and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and fridge, overlooking the large loggia. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, both with hypoallergenic mattresses, beech wood slatted frames, and memory foam pillows. The windowed bathroom features a shower. Heating is independent, and WiFi is guaranteed throughout the property. The Asperula apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with a ski and bicycle storage room, a bike and ski maintenance area, and coin-operated laundry facilities for the use of all guests.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Additionally, there is a shared courtyard with two other apartments. The location is excellent for easily reaching the Piani di Bobbio, Piani di Artavaggio, and the beautiful Lake Como. It is located on the second floor without an elevator. Free parking is available less than 100 meters from the apartment. Furthermore, there is a convenient free shuttle to the ski lifts just 250 meters away!
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
