I wanted to share feedback regarding my stay at your property on 1/11/2025. Unfortunately, my experience was not ideal. The room was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, constantly blinking on and off.
Additionally, I called at 3:31 PM to request a roll-away bed, and I was assured it would be placed in my room by the time I arrived. However, when I checked in around 6:00-7:00 PM, the bed was not in the room. I didn’t receive it until nearly midnight, which was quite inconvenient.
I hope you can look into these matters to ensure future guests have a better experience. Thank you for your attention to this.
