Villa Fontanile C is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of a small villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Fontanile C you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Fontanile C is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Casole D'Elsa, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store.
Villa Fontanile C is located on the ground floor. You will reach it without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Fontanile C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long. It is an infinity pool, has a whirlpool corner and is filled with sea water. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from the end of April until the beginning of October, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long. It is heated and has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of November, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that access to the swimming pool is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.  Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
