The private garden has a magnificent terrace, a pool and a boules court with splendid views of the sea. Doña Julia Golf Course is at the end of the garden.



The private car park allows you to park 4 cars inside the property.

The whole is on the same level (ground floor), with air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Sheets and towels are included in the rental.

A beautiful dining room and a large living room will offer you pleasant moments.

The terrace, fully furnished and partially covered, communicates directly with the garden and private pool which offers spectacular views of the golf course and the sea. Well-appointed outdoor spaces to enjoy beautiful evenings with friends, in total peace and quiet.
