Wonderful hotel, we loved our junior suite room with one bedroom, a kitchenette and a large balcony. We were on a busy street and there could be a little noisy sometimes from cars and trams but it didn’t bother us. Convenient transportation close to the hotel, stores and a great park with multiple playgrounds for kids. Breakfast was good, though some items once gone were never refilled (for instance both days cheese plates were empty and never refilled. When I mentioned it to the staff that said it’s coming, but never actually “came”).

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The one complaint I have is regarding the check out process, they asked if we took anything out of the mini bar and once I told the front desk what we took they had to send someone out to the room to verify, after making us wait for several minutes they still asked me to tell them what we took from the minibar. This delayed our checkout time and in my opinion was excessive considering that our credit card was on file. After we had left we were asked to go back to pay the city taxes. So overall the stay was great but the check out process was painful.

The room was terrific, the breakfast was fantastic! The only odd thing was the women at the front desk. She was strangely rude to me every time I engaged her. As I was leaving I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to me.
