BAD HOTEL in CASA BLANCA

There were no outlets in room to charge phone. Sometime during the night the electricity went off and did not come back on. The phone in my room did not function either. It was a horrible experience and I want to be reimbursed the cost of the room.

People are nice sadly the hotel which can be great need to be refreshed . Carpet lift bedding Air Con everything is old ... I felt like being in the 70’s . Bedroom are old but clean which is after all the most important ... The swimming pool is not very good underground -1 cold water and the place is very dark . Thanks god the staff is nice which keep the place alive !

very bad location

hotel was on the edge of the city. alot of construction around the hotel and a continuous traffic jam in front of the hotel..very difficult to get a taxi. somebodys nose pickings were stuck on the wall next to the bed.

Casablanca Weekend

Staff were very helpful and polite which made it a pleasant stay. Spacious rooms, hotel is clean throughout and seems very popular. Only drawback is the hotel is situated in a area whereby road works are happening and is a bit remote.

Horreur totale. A l'arrivée on nous donne les clefs d'une chambre non nettoyée, pas d'eau chaude, pas de trousse de secours j'ai du aller au marché pour un pensement. J'ai écourté mon séjour tellement l'hôtel était horrible. Il ne vaut même pas 1 étoile alors 4 c'est se moquer des clients.
