Great Staff, Clean Rooms, Working Air Conditioning

Excellent hotel in the perfect location! The staff is professional, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is worth the money, and this is the first hotel in Morocco that I've been in that has working air conditioning. My husband and I go to Casablanca about once per year, but this is the first time we stayed at the Ibis. We had initially planned to stay three nights, but unforseen circumstances kept us in Casablanca for a week longer. We felt so lucky to be at a comfortable and quiet hotel. We had a great stay!

Staff were great, but the rooms smell highly of cigarettes (even the non-smoking ones.) The rooms were also in semi-poor condition (sinks that leak all over the bathroom counters, showers that leak all over the floors, outlets that don't work, etc.) It's in a decent location right next to the train station (Casa Port) and walking distance to the medina and Corniche so it's fine for 1 night, but if you're looking for something remotely "nice", go elsewhere.
