rarely write reviews, but this stay was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a mess. Despite booking through the app, we were refused the key until I sent a photo of my driver’s license. That felt incredibly intrusive and shady, especially since they already had all my information through the platform. It took over an hour and a half just to get someone to respond to our call and give us access — a complete waste of time after a long trip.The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was listed as non-smoking. It was clear no one had made an effort to air it out or clean it properly. Supplies were laughably inadequate — two towels for a three-day stay (for two people), half a roll of toilet paper, and that’s it. No extras, no amenities, no care.To top it off, on the morning of checkout, a cleaning lady showed up before the agreed checkout time and started hovering around like we were late, even though we weren’t. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable.This whole experience felt like we were treated more like a hassle than a guest. The lack of communication, poor preparation, and invasive demand for ID after booking made this one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.
