Casa Carob - wonderful countryside holiday villa

Casa Carob is a wonderful holiday villa in the coastal countryside not far from the beaches Praia de Benagil and Praia da Marinha, at only a short drive from the idyllic fishermen’s village of Carvoeiro and the city of Lagoa.

The villa approach is along a quiet country lane, double gates open onto a gravel driveway leading to a single car port and a parking area for several cars.

The villa is finished in marble throughout and the spacious, attractively furnished sitting/dining room has a built in bar, wood burning stove, satellite television (Freeview channels) and DVD & CD player/radio. A door from the dining area opens to a large, well equipped kitchen with black marble work surfaces and light wooden cupboards. The equipment includes a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and an electric ceramic hob and oven.

All the main bedrooms have modern en suite facilities and air conditioning. The spacious upstairs master suite is approached through a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be ideal for children. Pool heating is available at additional cost.

This Algarve villa was built around an old carob tree which now shades part of the terrace. Casa Carob benefits from a private, elevated plot of approximately one acre with beautiful views over vineyards and undulating countryside to the Algarve coast.

There are good opportunities for leisurely country walks from Casa Carob and half an hour brings you easily to the unspoilt fishermen's village of Benagil with its choice of excellent fish restaurants and a beautiful sandy cove.

For golfers, the excellent Gramacho and Pinta courses in the Algarve are within a 10 minute drive.

During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.
