This apartment has been renovated and is located on the ground floor of the house. It is quiet, outside Carvoeiro, right on the coast, offering you a unique view of the sea. Only a few minutes walk to the fine sandy beach of Vale Centianes. Also shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The 70 m² apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed (80 x 180 cm). The spacious living room has a seating area with a large sofa and TV (satellite TV) and a dining room with seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has a bathroom with bath, washing machine and toilet.
The apartment has its own, furnished terrace. Free parking is available.

Pros and cons
There are pluses and drawbacks to this property. On the positive side, it is located in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. It’s only a few yards from a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was clean and had everything I needed. There is parking close by as well. The host was reasonably responsive and helpful with the glitchy parts.
It may not be as important to some as it is to me, but the apartment has little natural light. It’s also important to know that there is a row of homes between this apartment and the ocean, though there is a bit of a view of the ocean between the two homes in front of this apartment. The doors, locks and shower head are tricky/glitchy so ask for a tutorial upon arrival. It’s a bit dated as well. Be aware that the washing machine is not also a dryer. Lastly, there is a foul smell perpetually emanating from the bathroom which permeates the entire apartment. I know this is common, but I struggled with the smell.
