Convenient and safe location with access to the mall and lots of parking spaces. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good and shower was ok. Room lacked clothes iron and soap dish on the sink and had damage to the wall paper. Our room was close to the shopping parking lot that had a venue on the rooftop that hosted a party Friday and Saturday night. Music was very loud which made it impossible to sleep. Lots of very loud people on the hall checking out at 6 am on Saturday. Good hotel, but definitely not quiet.

Local limpo, organizado, Café da manhã IMPECÁVEL. Muito melhor do que muitos resorts . Única coisa a melhorar: travesseiros! Os mesmos são altíssimos e duros. Foi uma noite difícil. Estávamos em família ocupando 3 quartos, e nos 3, a mesma impressão. Somente esse ponto !

O hotel é o mais luxuoso da cidade e tem uma ótima localização e por ser dentro do complexo do shopping e faculdade, oferece muita conveniência. Entretanto, importante sinalizar 2 pontos de melhoria: - limpeza: o praxe é sinalizar quando você não quer limpeza. No WA você precisa dizer se quer, o que me deixou sem limpeza um dia porque não lembrei de deixar sinalizado. - toalhas: um hotel no preço deste não pode oferecer toalhas que parecem lixa de unha de tão ressecadas e pequenas. No mais, um ótimo hotel.
