Not very well maintained The tub wouldn’t drain, the light above the sink didn’t work, the shower curtain was ripped, there was a stain on the mattress. In addition the side entrance door to the first floor did not close properly which posed a security risk. All the above was reported to the front desk upon check out. They assured me the owners were notified and would call me but they never did.

The hotel had roaches. We were switched to a different room. That had a bug trap behind the t.v. Gross.

The hotel is outdated, management has run the place into the ground. The whole place smells disgusting.

Over-night getaway

Pros: Almost everything!The room, bed, covers,hairdryer, shower, furnishings and personal things like shampoo and conditioner. Microwave & fridge were nice
Cons: The elevator and hall had an unpleasant odor but not our room. There was a water pipe (i guess) sticking thru the wall in the hall. No big problems
Location: Loved the location. Near many restaurants and businesses and shopping areas. But still quite and peacefully
This was a special short romantic getaway for us. I had reserved the room the day before and when we got there to check in it was quick and simple. Our room was on the third floor at the back so it was quiet and peaceful. The king size bed was SOOOOO comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to our friends. And there was a heated indoor pool that I would love to try out next time. The check in and out clerks were very friendly and courteous We didn't use the fridge or microwave this time but they were nice to have.

Great hotel....unexplainable charges

Pros: Pool Beds Checkout time
Cons: Charges Management not caring
Location: Rome. Nothing.
This hotel was very clean, during the stay the staff was very nice. We had only expected to have to stay 2 days but ended up having to stay 4 (due to home repairs). The last day i booked again on this site. Charge was the same. 85.00 with tax...which is the same charge that had been charged to my card the other days. However my card was charged $90.00. Then after checkout despite leaving on time and leaving both keys. My card was charged $75 and nobody can tell me why. I will never go back despite the hotel being nice.

Clean, quite and I will stay here again.

Staff was nice, Breakfest was a plus and the best room rate that I could find for a nice hotel stay. I will be staying here again on my next visit.
