This large penthouse apartment is located in the complex of Villa Cristal 2 in Los Nietos. The complex is front line to the beach and has a communal pool. The property has 3 bedrooms, en suite bathroom, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony which overlooks the pool area. There are steps to the private roof solarium where there is a large area for sunbathing or eating and from here there are stunning 360 degrees views across the Mar Menor, La Manga strip and farmland.
Los Nietos has some small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakers for fresh bread and a train station with regular timetables to La Union and Cartagena. It has the great beaches of the Mar Menor which has warm, shallow waters which are fantastic for families and perfect for many water sports

pour avoir la TV française j'ai acheté un décodeur donnant accès à toutes les langues 100€ ! que j'ai proposé de laisser sur place à moitié prix ! pour les prochains locataires mais l'agence sur place a catégoriquement refusé dommage qu'elle n'apporte pas plus d'attention au confort des locataires pour un prix aussi modeste.
