The Space:

Six floors above the Caribbean, this 251 m² oceanfront apartment in Barú, Colombia puts the open sea directly in front of you - and a private balcony jacuzzi above it. The horizon stretches uninterrupted from where you sit, and a 167-meter private beach waits less than five minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Calablanca Residences is where eight guests find their own pace along one of Colombia's most striking stretches of coastline.



Living space

The main living area gives the whole group genuine room. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans manage the Caribbean climate throughout, while multiple smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace are distributed across the apartment. The private balcony brings everything together - outdoor furniture, a dining setup, and the jacuzzi all positioned above the water, making it the natural gathering point from the first coffee of the morning to the last drink of the night.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms, a service room, and an additional living area accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The service room has a sofa bed, and the additional living area offers an individual sofa bed - giving families and mixed groups flexible ways to configure the space.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full group meal. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table and coffee round out the setup, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage.



Bathrooms

Five full bathrooms and one half bathroom - 5.5 baths in total - serve the apartment. Each is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Throughout the apartment you'll also find extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, hangers, an iron, clothing storage, and a safe.



At the water

Beach towels, a beach blanket, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear are all provided. Calablanca's 167-meter private beach is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A kayak is available for anyone who wants to get out on the water directly. For days when you'd rather stay poolside, the pool and hot tub are right there.

The building's shared facilities go well beyond the basics. The gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights, and pilates equipment. The spa features a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzis - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge; you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. An elevator serves the building, and free parking is available in the on-site garage.

Cartagena's historic center, boutique shops, and markets are a short drive away for a change of scenery. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. Building staff are on-site around the clock, and self check-in gives full flexibility on arrival.
