The hotel is at an excellent area facing the beach from one side and the skyline view from the other. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The room was nice and clean everything ran off a voice commands which didn't always work the TV didn't work either. Asked front desk several time to come and fix, but that never happened. The hotel had 4 elevators, 3 of which worked. you had to wait to go up or down because they were always full. No activities at the hotel at all. Pool was small and loaded with local people who stayed there and we could not even get a seat. No place to sit outside the hotel to relax and hang out. No benches anywhere outside. The buffet was jammed packed and completely crazy. The two restaurants for the preferred club were perfect. Staff and food were exceptional. The hotel was older but in good condition. The beach across the street you could not access due to the rocks, no sand. I think Columbia is a beautiful country and the people are lovely. But would not choose that hotel again.

It’s an old hotel, so my expectations were not high for the property. The building met those expectations. Staff is good. Food at the buffet was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean. One of the elevators was not working. Spent too much time waiting for elevators and they were usually packed. The location was close to the old town center.
