And it's only a 5-minute taxi ride to the walled city where most of the discos are located. The building has a combination of 27 rooms and apartments, all with Wi-Fi, hot water, daily maid service, and a room safe. Just let us know if you need additional rooms. We can also help you with various tours including boat rentals, Palenque and Mud Volcano, Dune Buggy Tour, and Bar Crawl. We can even help you with personal or group transportation and VIP table rentals in Fusion nightclubs bar in the walled city. We stayed in a 7-room apartment and overall had a great experience. The apartment is very spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for large families or big groups. The AC worked amazingly well, which made a big difference, and each room had a king-size bed, with almost every room having its own private bathroom — a huge plus.The neighborhood is safe and very convenient. There are several supermarkets just one block away, plenty of restaurants on the same block for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and drugstores nearby, making everything very accessible.The only downside was the front desk experience. We had a few visitors coming from the beach who simply wanted to change clothes in the apartment, and the front desk insisted they needed to be registered as additional guests just to go upstairs with backpacks. Because of this, they said they would charge us extra, which felt unnecessary and unreasonable.We were only 11 people total, well below the apartment’s capacity, and the unit is more than large enough to accommodate this without issue. This policy and the way it was handled took away from an otherwise excellent stay.Despite that, the apartment itself is fantastic, and with more flexibility from the front desk, it would easily be a 5-star experience.
