This 34th floor apartment has a spectacular view of the ocean and the City Center to the right. One of the best views you can have in the city. You will be staying in one of the most prestigious and newest buildings in Cartagena. The building has a pool in the last floor with a great view of the ocean and all over Cartagena. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in one of the most visited cities in Colombia. IMPORTANT - Passport or Cedula is obligatory for registration in the building. 67 squared meter apartment with 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 dinning room table with seats in the balcony with comfy chairs and table. There is a TV in the main bedroom and one in the living room. Enjoy the best sunsets in Cartagena from the 34th floor of Palmetto Beach Apartment, pool, parking lot. Gym in the building charges a fee (aprox. 20,000 pesos per hour but may vary). NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. If your check-in is after 5pm there is an extra fee of 50,000 pesos to pay on your arrival. This is to cover the cost of the personnel that stays after working hours to receive you. Pool is open: Monday - Friday : 9:30am to 12:45pm / 1pm to 4pm and 4:15pm to 6:30pm Saturday : 8am to 12pm Reservation needs to be made a day before I have staff that will be available in person and help you with everything you need in Cartagena. So you can call me or write me and I'll send someone to check in case you need help with anything. :) The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center. This is a new building. Please take care of the apartment. Good place to stay

Great location just across the street from the beach. Clean and safe with 24 hour staff at the entrance to the building. Kitchen utensils were a little sparse if you plan to do lots of cooking in the unit. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
