Enjoy spectacular sunsets, a palette of colours, red, orange and pink streaked across the evening sky whilst enjoying a meal or glass of wine on the Front Deck complete with a covered roof, Weber BBQ and 8 seat outdoor table for easy alfresco entertaining.

Upstairs you will find an open plan living area, with a modern well-appointed kitchen featuring European appliances including a coffee machine .There are 2 bedrooms, (1 Queen and 1 Double) both offering lovely views of the ocean and rolling hills and ceiling fans. Entertain and dine with a 8 person dining setting and ample bench space, moving to the lounge that offers a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a 5-seat lounge suite. For your comfort a wood fire upstairs provides cozy warmth in winter and ceiling fans and a split-system air conditioner to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter - or open the windows and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes that flow through the house.
There is also a bathroom with Shower, toilet and washing machine.

Downstairs you will find another 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 x Bunk Beds) with pedestal fans. For added convenience there is also a kitchenette with toaster, kettle and bar fridge.
The second open plan living/ dining area is complete with a comfy large 6-8 seater sofa, 2 Bean Bags, flat screen TV, DVD player and tape deck.
There is also a large 6 person dining setting.
There is also a bathroom with Shower, toilet and ironing board and iron.

There is an External Staircase only to access both upper and lower levels.

A large rear deck offers additional space for gatherings while watching the kids and pets play in the fully fenced lawned yard including a dog run.

Please note the wood combustion heater must be cleaned out if used and supply your own small pieces of wood, please be mindful of smoke detectors located throughout the property and the fires must be allowed to burn out naturally .

Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer and T-towel
