Quiet neighborhood, easy access, excellent staff. Excellent place for a weekend getaway. Complete complementary breakfast, 5 minutes to downtown.

InaceitĂĄvel um funcionĂĄrio na noite do dia 24/09 descontrolado e raivoso no ambiente da recepção do hotel por causa de algum problema que teve por lĂĄ, xingando em voz alta, sem se preocupar com hĂłspedes que estavam ali no ambiente, e sem que nenhum gerente/superior resolvesse isso. O quarto Ă© Ăłtimo, limpo e muito confortĂĄvel. Mas o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ deixou a desejar, pois as mesas disponĂ­veis sĂŁo insuficientes, e quando liberadas nĂŁo eram limpas com frequĂȘncia, e sem a reposição de itens bĂĄsicos, como talheres.

Achamos o hotel Ăłtimo! Quarto espaçoso, ar condicionado, frigobar, chuveiro a gĂĄs muito bom, estacionamento amplo, ĂĄrea externa muito agradĂĄvel, cafĂ© bom, atendentes simpĂĄticos (deixo um elogio especial para uma moça da cozinha, que foi super atenciosa com as minhas filhas). Tem sĂł um ponto que deixo como sugestĂŁo de melhoria: o box do banheiro. A porta de vidro abre em cima do registro de ĂĄgua, assim nĂŁo conseguimos abrir o chuveiro sem estar totalmente dentro do box. Isso inviabiliza dar banho em uma criança. É preciso o adulto entrar no box e se molhar inteiro para isso. A porta deveria abrir para o outro lado, de forma com que os pais possam abrir/fechar e temperar a ĂĄgua estando do lado de fora. Aqui tambĂ©m relacionado ao box, fica a sugestĂŁo para a instalação de um varal de box, aquele que fica uma pecinha bem pequena pregada na parede com a cordinha embutida. Porque o hotel tem piscina, mas nĂŁo existe onde pendurar a roupa de banho no quarto, porque o box vai atĂ© o teto. Uma pecinha simples dessa, comum em hoteis, resolveria. Apenas isso. O restante foi nota 10!
