Starry Night: 3,800 sqft, 1-min to Beach! - Resort Pool, Dog Friendly!

This is a stunning home in the Summercamp Beach community. It includes access to the resort-style clubhouse and pool, as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax.

The resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc.

This home is dog friendly! The pet fee covers a deep cleaning required after any pets to ensure maximum cleanliness for the next guest. Please respect local leash laws, but feel free to bring your furry friend to the pet friendly beach. A maximum of two dogs allowed.

The main house features four bedrooms, each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the upstairs den, which sleep an additional four guests. A total of 12 guests in the main house.

This property also features a carriage house with game room and additional livingroom. The carriage house includes a ping pong table and other games for guests to enjoy! The carriage house sleeps an additional six (one bedroom with queen bed and two sleeper sofas in the livingroom).

The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc.

Summercamp features two miles of private beach and over 12 beach access points. Morning walks along the community boardwalks are a must! The surrounding areas are truly an escape from a busy life. You won't find any traffic and wait lists for restaurants. Instead, you can visit the quaint town of Carrabelle and visit our local fresh seafood market, antique shops, and restaurants. We hope you enjoy our laidback 'Old Florida' lifestyle.

The property was better than the pictures showed .The house was very well laid out and clean and user friendly . The kitchen ,dining room and livingroom were very spacious . The dining room table was large and beautiful and accommodating. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. The location is very safe and the amenities associated with the neighborhood were an added bonus . The guest house was perfect for game time and socializing as well as extra space for more guests. Overall , the property and the host made this such a pleasant stay. We have already booked another stay this year . This will be a definite repeat property to rent .

Great property

This was a wonderful property in a great area for an extended family vacation. Summercamp resort area is coming asking. We will be back for sure. Try to visit Wakulla while you're here.

Great family vacation

Big house with lots of living space. The guest house had things to do while raining and in the evenings. Very close to the beach. Pool is about a 4 minute walk.

This property was AMAZING! The location was perfect and it was truly a one-minute walk to the beach. We caught the beach at low tide, and my grandkids were able to see hermit crabs and starfish - it was truly an incredible experience with those kiddos. The house was stunning and exactly as described. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! We made good use of the firepit to make s'mores. We had three generations on this trip, and we all had the best time. The hosts were amazing as well. They suggested restaurants, shopping, and other fun outings. They checked-in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The communication, overall, was great! Thank you so much!

Spacious and clean

Absolutely perfect for our family… from the area but have a difficult time finding nice and CLEAN places to stay when visiting family. The house is definitely new with no clutter which I love as I have little ones. Host responded fast to questions and resolved issues. Private beach is amazing as white sand brought in when building the community as the bay is muddy (great for floundering ) Area is fisherman town with friendly people, amazing views, and seafood. Only negative- The clubhouse/restaurant was closed for construction.
