Villa Skyler - Luxury villa with private saltwater pool and seaview

Villa Skyler is a contemporary villa set just a short drive from some of Puglia’s most beautiful beaches. The setting feels open and calm, with wide sea views that shape the atmosphere throughout the day.

The architecture is clean and understated, designed to maximise light and connection with the outdoors. Interiors are simple and comfortable, with carefully chosen materials and finishes that feel refined without excess.

Villa Skyler is well suited to guests who enjoy spending time between the villa and the coast, returning in the evening to a quiet, modern home with open views and a relaxed rhythm.

The villa opens onto a sea-view terrace with a saltwater infinity pool and a generous solarium, offering space to move easily between sun and shade.

All three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level and have direct access to the garden, creating a more private and quiet retreat.

At the heart of the house, a light-filled open-plan living area connects naturally with a modern kitchen, supporting easy, everyday living. Villa Skyler offers a simple balance of comfort, light, and openness — ideal for an unhurried stay by the sea.
