Welcome to Sea Haven, a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo located in the Winds IV. This tranquil place is just steps away from the ocean and located in the heart of Carolina Beach just a few minutes' drive away from the boardwalk and multiple restaurants. Start your day off with breakfast nearby at Katie's Pancake House or take your coffee out on one of the 2 large decks while you listen to the breaking waves. After breakfast enjoy a beautiful day on the beach followed by the pool located at the Winds condominiums. If its rainy no worries, there is plenty to do. Your family will have lots of fun visiting the Fort Fisher Aquarium, Carolina Beach Arcade, iEscape Rooms or do some local shopping. And please while you're out make sure to stop by Britt's Donuts named 2nd best in the nation, for a yummy afternoon snack. Finish your day off relaxing back at the condo where there is ample living space for your family to gather and spend time together cooking or ordering in. After dinner lounge comfortably on the couch or back on the decks to enjoy the breeze before retreating back to your bedroom for the night where you can enjoy a good book, movie or just snuggle in bed for a great night sleep. Huge space! Lots of room for family with toddlers - even had toddler eating utensils and bowls. The front patio/deck was very spacious as well. Very convenient to the beach - very short walk which was a godsend with small children. Bryan was very responsive when we called with a plumbing problem. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect girls’ getaway!

Great stay in Carolina Beach! Close enough to the boardwalk to walk to get doughnuts or dinner but far enough away to have your own beach area and not feel like people are on top of you. Easy check in and out. Condo had all that we needed! Would love to get back again soon!

Fantastic Accomodations!

This is a great place to stay at Carolina Beach! The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, the condo is very will stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and for your visit to the beach. The bonus is that you are very short walk to the beach and you can easily walk to the boardwalk and several great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay - great location

We had a family of 6, and while the boys needed “stuff” to do, the girls wanted to chill. The condo came furnished with all the amenities, but not having to travel with beach towels and to have sand chairs, boogie boards was amazing. The pool was a great break and we were a one street walk to the beach, it was perfect. We walked daily to the boardwalk, ate ice cream, donuts and did jet skis. Definitely would recommend if you’re coming for a stay!

Fantastic!

The condo was great for our family of 5 adults! It was immaculate and communication was excellent. There were enough beach chairs and towels for all, which was great since we didn’t have to travel with ours. The location is close enough to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars! We’ll be back!

Wonderful family week

This was the perfect place and location for our family vacation. The apartment was clean with a number of attractive courtesies. Beach access was very convenient. We enjoyed a number of good local restaurants as well as the close proximity to Wilmington. Highly recommend this place for you and yours.

THE BEST VACATION

Superb beach condo for young families & teens

Perfect location across the street from the beach, loaded with amenities for young families as well as teens. Condo was impeccable with many unexpected add-on's - tons of beach toys, games, kitchen goods. Very clean and comfortable for families. Hosts were super responsive. Family vacation week

Great place for a family vacation. First time using Vrbo and very pleased with the results of choosing Sea Haven. Condo was clean, decorated very nice, plenty of space, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Carolina Beach condo

A friend and I took our graduating senior daughters and a few of their friends for the weekend. The location was great, condo was clean and we used the kitchen for almost all of our meals. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop, Boba Tea, and most importantly, the beach!
