You will not believe all the space!! This oceanfront, Carolina Beach Vacation Rental home is a dream come true for any vacationing family. The main floor has a huge living area with large flat screen smart TV, kitchen and dining area, one half bath and a private den/study with a twin sized day bed and trundle. The second floor has four bedrooms all with smart TVs and 3 full baths. The washer and dryer closet is also on the second floor. The top floor is one large bedroom with one full bath and it's own smart TV. This top floor has a total of 4 twin beds (bunk beds) 2 queens. This would be the perfect spot for all the kids to play and sleep. There is one large covered porch with chairs and the top floor has a smaller open air deck area. Underneath this home you will find a great picnic table area that would be perfect for those summertime meals. The private walkway to the beach has two outdoor showers to rinse off after a great day on the beach. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are one of a kind. This home is meant to be enjoyed and comes with all the comforts of home. As of 2023, there is a charging station at this home for an Electric Vehicle. There are a total of 7 smart TVs with HD Antenna's. Cable is not provided. Parking for 5 - 6 vehicles (max). Just a few short blocks south of the Boardwalk where you are just a brief walk to family style or fine dining, coffee shops, ice cream shops and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Perfect Beachfront Property, as advertised! Spacious rooms, lots of amenities, gorgeous porches (covered and uncovered), porch swings, easy access to beach with outdoor showers, fully stocked and functional kitchen, large great room that can accommodate the entire family, not to mention multiple bathrooms--this was the perfect location for our large family vacation.

The house has some issues. When we arrived the Air conditioning on the second and third floor wasn't working and it was over 100 degrees up there. When we tried to call the emergency number it seemed like our calls weren't going through. The messages were weird and cut off. When we finally got through we were told the ac couldn't be repaired until the following day. They brought over a window unit and a floor air conditioner but the window unit only cooled one bedroom (of the four on that floor) and the floor unit was broken and being held "together" with duct tape. It fell apart almost as soon as a the maintenance worker left and did nothing but blow hot air into the room. We had people sleeping downstairs on the couch and other sweating it out on one of the hottest nights of the year. We were not offered any kind of discount or compensation. We rented this house last year and many of the things that were broken then were still broken this year like the railing on stairs leading out to the beach, the broken shelves in the fridge (also "fixed" with duct tape", no ice maker or even ice cube trays, but other than those pretty much minor issues the house is large and comfortable and clean for the most part. We did find some dead "palmetto bugs". Also the pillows and bedding are all rather old and worn out. But outside of that, it really is a great house in a great location. It really just needs some TLC and perhaps some better responsiveness in an emergency.
