Our 1st-floor condo is located across from Carolina Beach Lake Park, 1 block away from the beach access and a short walk to downtown and the boardwalk. Our surf inspired retreat has an open floor plan that connects the kitchen to the living room, with easy access to the outdoor porch or the dining room. Plus, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms give you enough room for the whole family.
Enjoy the breeze on the large porch with two sitting areas, walk to Crush and Grind to grab a coffee in the morning, or get a beer from the Fat Pelican at night. When you stay at The Landing you’re steps away from everything the island has to offer!

Perfect beach spot for friends & family alike
A block from the beach, less than a block from ice cream and hang ten grill, and the perfect space inside! This was the perfect location for two adult couples and a toddler (and honestly there was space for more to join comfortably)-very well decorated, comfy couches, beds, and pillows, huge living room TV and a porch where you can hang out and hear the live music from hang 10 grill right nearby. I loved that towels and linens were included, beach chairs and a wagon were available for us to use, and the owner responded so quickly when I had a question. Other pros include a blackout curtain for the kids room, 2 pack and plays, plenty of porch seating, and an elevator for access if stairs aren't your thing.

A wonderful getaway
My family and I had the best time staying here! The condo is two blocks from the beach, and the supplies that are included with the house (chairs, towels, wagon) made beach trips so easy! All the facilities here were clean and nice, but perhaps the best part was the on-site laundry. That really helped us! I recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Condo with a Great Location
This place was wonderful. I can barely even call it a condo, it was bigger than most stand alone houses we've rented by the beach! Location was perfect: we walked to the beach, the lake park, and the ice cream and coffee shops in less than 2 minutes and were walked to the main street and boardwalk in 5 minutes. The place felt brand new and with all the space, was perfect for our us, our kids, and our parents to have room to spread out and relax after a busy day out.

Perfect home base steps from the beach
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very spacious and comfortable for 5 adults and you can’t beat the convenient location for the beach and nearby activities. All the amenities were clean and accommodating, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cups, plates, silverware, etc. Would have loved to have a toaster and some more cleaning supplies on hand but all in all we have no complaints! Owners were very responsive and attentive to my questions.
