The staff were very congenial. The view was great. The layout of the hotel is poor. Accessibility to the rooms was extremely poor. Handicap Accessibility poor. No Accessibility on our floor to ice machine on our, it was out of order. We had to go back down to the front desk to get ice from our room location quite a ways to the elevator to the 1st floor. No easy Accessibility to the elevator off the parking garage uless you parked on the ground fmoor ane went through the lobby, otherwise you still had steps you had to up up or down to get to the elevator.

Property was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helped us with our issue in the room. The only thing is you had to pay for parking, which I thought was included in the room charge.

The bed was so uncomfortable. Laying on the sofa was better but not much. People upstairs were very loud both nights of my stay and I could not sleep. Roach in the bathroom. Clogged toilet, maintenance called, fixed it but messed up again the next day so it wasn’t fully fixed. Really expected a better experience

We visited in January, and appreciated the offseason rate. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful and made the resort feel welcoming. The ocean view from our room was spectacular. We appreciated the proximity of the parking garage to our unit. Pool, etc., looked good and people were using it but it was January so we skipped that treat. Easy beach access. Loved the coffee brewing in the lobby, and found the breakfast very good. Overall, we found it to be pleasant for a short stay. We plan to return. Minor critiques: change the shower rod to the bowed kind so bathers have more room in the shower; supply those tiny soaps for the shower and bathroom sinks separately; the TV turned on by itself, which was kinda creepy. The bedroom is pretty small for two full-sized beds, but it is workable for a few nights. Bedroom closet was basically inaccessible due to the size of the beds. Luggage rack was pretty useless because there's no room to set it up in the bedroom. Ditch the accent pillows. We put them on the closet shelves, but less-careful guests will probably toss them on the floor.
