Great view!! Our access to the beach was blocked for a week during our 3 week stay due to the beach replenishment project. The fridge face is all rusty, the dishwasher worked only when you really slammed the door! The furniture was dingy, dirt, stained and warn out and the sofa had burns on the reverse side. The bedding had a dirty smell, we washed the blankets before we seeped in the bed. This place needs a deep clean!! The owner wanted to come by during our stay to update the outlets.

Weekend getaway

Long weekend getaway. Great location, owners easy to communicate with. Needs some updating, king bed was a little hard for our likes, water has a sulphur smell which wasn't ideal. Overall was worth the money and a good experience.

Great Location

Right on the ocean, 9th floor, great view of the ocean from the balcony, residence was clean, both pools were great, plenty of parking, staff extremely nice, property manager kept in great contact with me, family had a great time, definitely recommend and will come back again!!!

Anniversary Trip

We found this amazing place on VRBO. We were looking somewhere to go that would be peaceful and relaxing for our 11 year anniversary. This place was very clean and very nice, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had and made sure that we had arrived and that everything was in place. We will definitely be booking this spot again in the future and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great stay overall! This property isn't for parties, but more for a comfortable place to stay after a day/night of enjoying everything the town has to offer (which is a LOT). This has easy access to great restaurants, the beach, just everything you need for a getaway vacation. I loved waking up to such an amazing view every morning. We were even suprised to get front row seats to a surfing competition (see pictures). Our host even went further and provided us with a parking pass for the lot across the street. You'll find out quick that parking can get expensive! So this was wonderful to be taken off pur worry list.

Great experience

Great location, far enough away to be quiet and out of the crowd yet close enough to take a short walk to area attractions. Room was very clean and views were perfect, the 9th floor was a great perspective of the beach. All interactions with staff was friendly and helpful. Owners reacted out to us the first day to make sure we had a good experience and to see if we needed anything, that was a great first impression for me. We will definitely be looking to stay here again soon

Great beach condo!

The condo was great! Exactly as pictures showed! Only issue was the building this condo is in. Both outdoor shower/rinse offs were not working. So after a walk on the beach had to immediately get in tub to rinse off each time.

Great View and Minutes from Everything

My wife and I loved staying at this property! You can watch the sun rise over the horizon every morning at breakfast. The condo has its own access to the beach with places to wash off. We enjoyed the indoor pool when it got cool at night. On top of the fantastic property, its location leaves you 5-10 minutes from any restaurant in Carolina Beach or Kure Beach. We were also able to drive to the aquarium 8 minutes down the road. You can’t beat the view and the location!

The condo was well decorated and cozy. The best part was the view of the ocean and being able to see the sunrise every morning! The king size bed would be my only complaint. I couldnt get a good nights sleep on it so i had to sleep on one of the bunk beds which was extremely comfortable. Maybe get a foam top? Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was close to other small towns and the aquarium.

Sweet Carolina Beach

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful and there is quick access to the beach, which is very convenient! We walked to dinner on two nights which is great since you have to pay to park almost everywhere in Carolina Beach. We went to the outdoor pool on one day and it was neat and clean with quick access to restrooms.The property owner was very kind and courteous and answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. The only complaint is the king size bed was very hard which was uncomfortable to us; however, if you prefer a firm mattress, you’d be just fine. I highly recommend this location if you are searching for a relaxing place to enjoy the beach. We hope to be back one day!

Amazing location and view!

Booked last minute and found this cute place that could not have been any closer to the water! Wonderful deck with the best view. Easy check in. Host was very easy to communicate with and extremely quick to respond. We needed towels because the dryers in the laundry room were not working and they sent someone out after hours to bring us fresh towels. Kitchen was well equiped for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and the ease of dealing with the host and their desire to make our stay as nice a possible. The only negatives we had are the sliding door won't lock. On the ninth for it wasn't a problem for us but if we would have had small children it would have been a concern for safety. The bed it a little hard/ firm for me but was definitely not a deal breaker. We have stayed in a lot of beach rentals and it was one of the of the cleaner places. Not a five star because it's a little dated. Again, the pluses far outweigh the small issues. We would rent this place, or another, from this host again!
