Great location, awful beds
Overall nice condo in a great location. The place was clean and generally as advertised. The beds were the biggest issue we had with the place. Super soft mattresses with cheap mattress toppers on them. It was like trying to sleep in quicksand. My back killed me the first couple of days and quality sleep was tough to come by. The parking situation is something people should be aware of, especially in the high season. It's front to back parking under the building, 2 - 3 vehicles to a row. If you're the first one in and others park behind you, which they will, you are stuck unless the others are nice enough to leave their phone number on their windshield and are willing to come move their car so you can get out. The deck is beautiful and has a killer view. Probably should update the deck furniture as it is straight out of 1995 and less than comfortable. The location is terrific overall and for the price I give it a solid B if you can deal with the above mentioned items.
