Bad value for money! Don't book this room.
Bed was unacceptable! Very uncomfortable, no extra cover, no service, we had to make the bed by ourselves, and we were charged 40 EUR extra for CLEANING!!
So the price we paid was far away from what we planned. When you book, you don't see the cleaning fee.

Mittelmäßige Unterkunft in schöner Lage
Die Unterkunft entsprach nach meinem Empfinden nicht den Anpreisungen der Anzeige. Wir waren in einem kleinen Studio mit Kochnische untergebracht. Soweit so gut, aber ein richtiges Bett anstatt einer Ausziehcouch wäre echt nett gewesen. Von den großzügig angegebenen vier Sternen der Anzeige verfügt das Hotel letztendlich über zwei. Dass der "Spa-Bereich" aus einer kleinen Sauna besteht, die maximal vier Personen fasst und für 10 Euro pro Stunde und Person genutzt werden kann, geht ebenfalls nicht aus der Anzeige hervor.
Die Lage hingegen ist sehr schön. Der Zugang zu Skipisten ist binnen weniger Minuten mit dem Auto möglich, außerdem verkehrt jeweils morgens und Abends einmal ein Skibus.
Wer lieber wandern möchte, kommt von der Unterkunft aus innerhalb von ca. 15min zu Fuß auf schöne und gut gangbare Wanderwege, die eine tolle Aussicht in die örtliche Natur bieten. Im Sommer sind viele der Wege auch für Mountainbiketouren ausgeschrieben.
Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig in 15min gut zu erreichen, für Einkäufe zur Selbstversorgung stehen im Umkreis von 1km zwei kleine Supermärkte zur Verfügung.
Fazit: Wer die Umgebung genießen möchte und im Grunde nur ein Dach über dem Kopf benötigt und dabei nicht viel Wert auf Komfort bei der Unterkunft legt, ist hier durchaus richtig.

Il peggiore in tanti anni di vacanza in montagna sia d'estate che d'inverno. Appena arrivati, prima ancora di un saluto di benvenuto, ci sono stati chiesti ben 88 euro per asciugamani, lenzuola e pulizia finale, assolutamente eccessivi nonostante fossero evidenziati nella scheda di prenotazione. la biancheria non è mai stata cambiata. Ma la cosa che ci ha lasciato sconcertati e arrabbiati è scoprire dal proprietario che il centro benessere era a pagamento (per noi ben 133 euro) ma che comunque non ce l'avrebbero acceso perché al momento eravamo solo noi e quindi per loro non era conveniente!!!!!! Naturalmente tutto ciò non era scritto nella scheda di prenotazione e avevano rifiutato altre strutture o perché non avevano il centro benessere o perché specificavano con onestà che il servizio era a pagamento. Abbiamo perciò dovuto rinunciare ad una parte della vacanza per noi fondamentale dopo una giornata fuori sulla neve o a fare trekking. Da sconsigliare e da evitare. Credo che segnalerò questo disservizio anche all'EPT

horror
wir haben 2 zimmer gebucht mit einer übernachtung für insgesamt 78 euro. wir kamen abends um 21.00 dort an, bis auf die haut nass (motoradfahrer) und wollten nur noch ins bett. bis uns jemand im hotel überhaupt reingelassen hat, dauerte schon 10 min und das im regen. dann hat es ca. 20 min. gedauert bis wir überhaut ein zimmer hatten. die heizung war abgestellt, die betten mussten wir selber beziehen und auf die bettwäsche noch warteb und 10 euro bezahlen.
am nächsten tag die rechnung: nicht wie gebucht 78 euro, sondern für bettwäsche und reinigung nochmal pro zimmer 40 euro. das war der hammer.
nach langer diskussion haben wir dann 20 euro pro zimmer mehr bezahlt.

Ma come sono messi!?
Siamo arrivati la sera verso le 20 e ci ha accolto un ragazzo gentilissimo. In generale la struttura e' carina, il nostro monolocale piccolissimo con un divano letto che se aperto non passavi e puzza di chiuso e muffa. Abbiamo inoltre pagato 40 euro in piu' (abbiamo dormito solo una notte) per pulizia e biancheria, mi sembrano veramente tanti e poi alla consegna delle chiavi la mattina vengono a controllare in camera se e' tutto a posto, ma come sono messi?! Cosa squallidissima!!!!
