The location is more isolated than we expected, an hour away from all the sights we wanted to see. Also, the unit and site was not aesthetically pleasing; could not figure out how to get the TV to work.

The location and outside view of the marina was the best part of our stay. We had 6 adults for 3 nights and only had 5 forks, a few small plates, a few bowls, etc. There was an issue with the water the first night when one of the guests was taking a shower and the water stopped. Host quickly fixed it within 30 mins but said he had a problem with it yesterday too. The decor needs a desperate upgrade and the wooden railing had a loose piece that needs to be fixed. We enjoyed having campfires in the evening watching the sunsets and overlooking the marina and the extra outdoor covered deck with BBQ.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful location! My sister and I stayed with our parents (seniors). It was great to have a bedroom on the main floor so that my parents didn't need to go up the stairs. Furniture was comfortable, the shower was clean and good pressure, and beds were comfortable. The best part was the beautiful view and proximity to other gems on PEI. John made check-in easy for us and shared some things to do during our stay that made it extra special. The kitchen had only a few "staples" but had fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. We would certainly recommend this place to others!
