La piscina, sita nel terreno di fronte, è dotata di ampio solarium con vista panoramica ed è in esclusiva per gli ospiti dei due appartamenti.
Il primo piano è così suddiviso: soggiorno con angolo cottura e terrazza panoramica, attrezzata per mangiare all’aperto, 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia e 1 bagno .
Il piano terra è invece così strutturato: soggiorno, cucina, 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia e 1 bagno con doccia.
I due appartamenti possono essere infine ,su richiesta, resi comunicanti tra loro tramite una scala interna il quale accesso è solitamente chiuso.

Schönes Appartment, ruhig und abgelegen
Das Appartment ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet. Die geräumige Terrasse ist ein Traum. Der Pool mit großer Liegefläche ist sehr schön.
