Positioned on a hill overlooking the sea, within a complex of four units, we find S'Omu e Assunta, consist of independent three-room flats.
The swimming pool, located in the grounds opposite, has a large solarium with a panoramic view and is exclusive to the guests of the two flats.
The first floor is divided as follows: living room with kitchenette and panoramic terrace, equipped for outdoor dining, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom .

The swimming pool will be open from 01/06 to 15/10
Additional costs payable only in cash at check in:
-Tourist tax
-Air conditioning fee € 50,00 per week (available on request)

Great apartment outside of town
The apartment is great with air condition, fully equipped, a very nice terrace with a roof and a huge second terrace just over the street with a clean and nice pool.
It’s situated outside of the village, so no nightlife or restaurants near. If you go out, there has to be a driver. Great for many but not for everyone.

Wonderful Host and Agency
The Agency (all4sardinia) was great. They took care of everything and were super friendly. The owner of the place lived close by and was very friendly. He invited us over for lunch with his family and we had a great time.

Schönes Appartment, ruhig und abgelegen
Das Appartment ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet. Die geräumige Terrasse ist ein Traum. Der Pool mit großer Liegefläche ist sehr schön.
