I love the size of the bedroom and the cleanliness, but the property is begging for an upgrade specially in the gym and common areas like play room, play area and around swimming pool. Restaurante was pretty decent.

It was very nice to have a hotel with so many ammenities. Gym was very good and well equipped. The roof in the gym needs some repairs tho because there was some leaking. Pool was very nice as food in the restaurant and the bar with live music. Staff was very friendly and it is at a walking distance to the beach. Very clean and with a very convenient parking.

Friendly and comfortable

The location itself is fantastic if you want a lovely and secluded beach. 10 minutes drive and you can be in a beach with waves if you want to surf. The staff (they have a lot of staff) are friendly and healpful. In our stay during a low season the majority of the other guests were Brasilian So there is a genuine good vibe in the place. Ideal for families with young kids or couples that do not want to stay in a hectic or pretentious environment. Breakfast and facilities are good. Cleanliness is good but it is not as thorough as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The channels available are just a few but I do not know if that is a problem with the cable provider or the hotel. I recommend.

Primeiro quero agradecer toda a equipe do hotel, em especial o Leonardo da recepção, sempre muito gentil. Depois a equipe do restaurante. Atendimento maravilhoso, muito simpáticos e gentis. Realmente a equipe do hotel e o atendimento são de alto nível. Outros pontos: o quarto delixe é grande, limpo, confortável. Faltou serviço de frigobar, mas tudo bem. Todo o serviço de lazer muito bom. Pontos importantes a melhorar: o hotel precisa urgentemente disponibilizar bebedouros ou locais para o hóspede ter água, tinhamos que pedir no restaurante ou comprar. Isso é ruim. A Academia precisa de manutenção, é baguncada e suja, não vale a pena treinar, pois realmente está suja e com aparelhos quebrados. Ah, outro ponto positivo é a localização, fácil acesso a praia a pé e a praia de Tabatinga é linda.

Estivemos hospedados nos dias 17 e 18 de setembro, em lua de mel. O hotel fica bem localizado, entre Ubatuba e Caraguatatuba. Pagamos cerca de R$ 250 a diária (após uso de cupom), um valor justo pelo que foi oferecido. A limpeza estava dentro dos padrões esperados. Ficamos no quarto Deluxe, com cama king e um excelente chuveiro, de água quente e pressão forte. O ar-condicionado era antigo, mas funcionava bem. Pontos de melhoria seriam a falta de blackout na porta da varanda (apenas cortina, que não vedava a claridade) e a pia, que não tinha bom escoamento. O café da manhã, embora não muito vasto, foi bem servido e saboroso, com máquina de café expresso e leite quente, o que agradou bastante. Um destaque positivo foi o atendimento da Viviane, que nos auxiliou com as malas e, ao saber que estávamos em lua de mel, nos presenteou com um espumante de cortesia, gesto que fez diferença na experiência. No geral, gostamos bastante da estadia. É um hotel honesto, com bom custo-benefício e que certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar. Vale a pena.

Somos cliente do hotel a mais de 10 anos mas a experiência que passa é que está cada caindo o nível. Muitas áreas precisamos de manutenção cadeiras de piscina quebradas espreguiçadeira não existe mais quase as que tem esta quebrada. Amamos esse lugar como nossa segunda casa mais precisa de manutenção urgente. E não estamos falando de ter tudo novo mas sim parecer novo. Áreas comuns pintadas cadeiras confortável. Os ralo em volta da piscina está super perigoso pois são plásticos e está quebrado em várias áreas podendo a qualquer momento um acidente inclusive com crianças. Hotel hoje conta com energia solar poderia disponibilizar um carregador de carro elétrico ou até mesmo uma tomada que possa utilizar. Atendimento dos funcionários restaurante garçom como sempre impecável sempre disponível a ajudar muito atenciosos. Mas é isso eu e minha família não vamos deixar de frequentar mas esperamos que volte a ser aquele hotel que conhecemos a 10 anos atrás.
