I love the size of the bedroom and the cleanliness, but the property is begging for an upgrade specially in the gym and common areas like play room, play area and around swimming pool. Restaurante was pretty decent.

It was very nice to have a hotel with so many ammenities. Gym was very good and well equipped. The roof in the gym needs some repairs tho because there was some leaking. Pool was very nice as food in the restaurant and the bar with live music. Staff was very friendly and it is at a walking distance to the beach. Very clean and with a very convenient parking.

Friendly and comfortable

The location itself is fantastic if you want a lovely and secluded beach. 10 minutes drive and you can be in a beach with waves if you want to surf. The staff (they have a lot of staff) are friendly and healpful. In our stay during a low season the majority of the other guests were Brasilian So there is a genuine good vibe in the place. Ideal for families with young kids or couples that do not want to stay in a hectic or pretentious environment. Breakfast and facilities are good. Cleanliness is good but it is not as thorough as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The channels available are just a few but I do not know if that is a problem with the cable provider or the hotel. I recommend.

Sou cliente antigo do Hotel na última visita em setembro já relatei vários problemas e agora 3 meses depois eles continua e até piores. Quarto 48 impossível de utilizar ar condicionado faz muito barulho para dormir vaso sanitário vaza água o tempo todo e depois que vai enchendo aciona a descarga sozinha. Falta de cadeira na área de piscina, restaurante não tem mais as cadeiras pretas que ficava mas mesas próximas e com isso eles está tirando as cadeira que fica em Volta da piscina par a utilizar no restaurante. Hotel com 40 quartos e apenas 6 espreguiçadeiras e as que tem algumas está rasgada. Sala de jogos é insalubre para utilizar, muito calor não tem Um ventilador um ar condicionado você não consegue utilizar o tanto que é calor lá dentro. Hotel com placas solar e não disponibiliza uma tomada para carregar carro elétrico. Manutenção em áreas comum com muita problemas ralos com grades quebradas fiação exposta. Um hotel que tem muitas crianças não pode ter essas coisas. A chance de ocorrer um acidente é gigante. Se estou apontando esses defeito é porque somos clientes a 14 anos e sabemos muito bem o potencial do hotel. O que salva hoje é os atendimentos do restaurante e funcionários do hotel que tenta compensar os. Problemas evidentes. Mas cada estadia desanima mais a voltar e sim agora estou decidido a buscar uma nova opção. Em setembro deixei um Feedback direto no WhatsApp deles solicitei uma posição para o dono e até hoje anda foi feito. Fica nossa insatisfação.

O quarto é mto bom, super confortável. As instalações do hotel e atendimento tb. A única coisa que acho q poderia melhorar é o café da manhã. Mais opções e qualidade. O bacon estava extremamente encharcado e mal passado e os bolos pareciam secos. Além disso poderia ter mais variedade de itens. Do restante gostamos de tudo e pretendemos voltar!
