The house lies on the ground floor only and offers a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a small adjacent room with a dining area, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.
The house is tastefully and carefully furnished and features independent air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, WiFi, and private parking on the property.
The highlight is the large outdoor area with a barbecue, dining area, a gazebo equipped with a table and chairs and sea view, and plenty of space with deckchairs and sun loungers for enjoying your holiday in the open air.
The beachesof "Li Stecchi" and "Madonna delle Grazie" can be easily and directly reached via a short path.
