This charming brand new 3 bedroom villa is located in an exclusive residential area of Elba, in a quiet street on the outskirts of Capoliveri, nestled in a magical pine forest.
The house has easy access to the beach via hiking trails, but also to Capoliveri.
The closest beaches are in Capo Perla
(15 min on foot) and Ferrato (20 min on foot), which are known for their naturalness and unspoiled nature with little tourism.
In Straccoligno (15 minutes on foot) you will also find the typical tourist beach with deck chairs, restaurants, water sports and entertainment for young and old.
In addition, Capoliveri offers a large selection of good restaurants, bike rental stations, bars, shops and much more.
The property is on two floors with first class views and tasteful decor.
The villa has 3 bright bedrooms, some with direct access to terraces with chill-out areas, and views of Portoazzurro and the Monserrato.
In all bedrooms there is a double bed and closet with good storage options.
In the lower area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and oven. As well as a large table with enough seating for cozy dinners in a relaxed environment.
Both bathrooms (one outside) have a modern and spacious shower.
The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing: in the shade of the covered terrace, here you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the sea of the island.
A lovingly tended garden surrounds the entire villa and offers a lot of privacy and spectacular nature.

Wunderschönes Elba in einem wunderschönen Haus
Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Elba und in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Sehr herzlich wurden wir von Ingrid empfangen. Es liegt etwas den Berg hoch aber ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Man konnte direkt mit dem Hund auf dem Wanderweg der direkt am Haus liegt ganz in Ruhe los wandern.
Sehr schön ist der Garten die vielen Terrassen und die Ruhe.
Capoliveri ist mit dem Auto in weniger als 5Min erreicht. Der Ort ist einer der schönsten auf Elba und man kann dort bei schöner Aussicht die Restaurants und Geschäfte erkunden.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch auf Elba.

Elba zum Genießen
Die Gastgeberin (Ingrid) war sehr herzlich mit uns und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet (sogar viele Bücher über Elba etc., vor allem haben wir aus den sechs Bänden "1001 Nacht" gelesen) und liegt günstig mit einem tollen Ausblick. Insgesamt ist die Villa Arte mehr als empfehlenswert.

Ein Urlaub zum Entspannen
Kurz gesagt, Entspannung pur!
Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt, von der Inhaberin die neben an wohnt und fühlten uns in der Grünen Künstleroase sofort wohl. Liebe voll eingerichtet, mit selbst gestalteten Einrichtungsgegenständen dekoriert kommt man sofort in den Entspannungsmodus.
Für sehr sportliche Mountainbiker ist die Lage perfekt, weil ein reisen Gebiet an Trails und Tracks direkt am Haus vorbei führen.
Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war, dass man mit Kleinkind immer mit dem Autofahren muss, denn der Strand ist mit dem Auto in 10min zu erreichen, nicht aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad.
Aber das hat uns Schluss endlich auch nicht wirklich gestört und da dieser Urlaub für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind der erst war, war es einfach ein perfekter Urlaub.

Ein Traumhaus in herrlicher Lage
Wir verbrachten im Juni zwei wunderschöne Wochen in einem fantastischen Haus. Es war sehr gepflegt, in ruhiger Lage, ein unglaublich schönes Künstlerhaus was keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Nach kleinen Anfahrtsschwierigkeiten wurden wir super freundlich von der Gastgeberin Ingrid empfangen. Sie hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips für einen gelungenen Urlaub gegebenen. Besonders schön war ein Einblick in ihre eigene Werkstatt wo wir sogar zusammen gemalt haben. Wir können Elba und das tolle Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher irgendwann gern wieder hin. Auszeit
Wir waren vom ersten Augenblick an sehr angetan über den herzlichen Empfang der Gastgeberin, das wunderschöne Ambiente in der ruhigen Villa ARTE mit den vielen Kunstwerken und wir waren sehr dankbar für die vielen wirklich tollen Insidertipps die wir sonst nie erfahren hätten.
Vielen Dank nochmals für alles liebe Ingrid, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir vermissen schon jetzt alles
Es gibt noch so vieles auf der Insel zu entdecken und wir würden nur wieder in der Villa ARTE wohnen wollen

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft
Sehr schönes Haus und ruhiger Lage. Check In und Check Out war ohne Probleme und entspannt. Alles war vorhanden was man so brauchte oder Kleinigkeiten die man schnell vergisst. Wir würden es nochmal buchen.

Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud. Pas beaucoup de confort, c’est une maison de vacances pas un lieu de vie à l’année, pas de salon avec des canapés ni de fauteuils.
Il serait bien de revoir les canalisations, de fortes odeurs désagréables sont difficiles à supporter sinon l’hôte est très sympa.

Super Lage nahe am Meer
Alles in allem sehr schön , allerdings haben die Treppen kein Geländer .
Die Hausherrin wohnt mit auf dem Gelände und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Anwesen hat keine Umzäunung ,so dass der Hund, wenn er so unruhig ist wie unserer ,immer wieder ausgebüxt ist .
Klimaanlage ist keine vorhaben und es war sehr warm.
