Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Für uns als 2 Paare war die Wohnung mit 2 gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern perfekt. Besonders toll ist die große Terrasse, teils sogar mit Baumschatten. Leider keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilatoren. Bei kleinen Problemen hat man sich sofort gekümmert.Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Vacanze stupende

L'appartamento è stato pulito e conforme alla descrizione. Ben arredato e con tanti confort. La terrazza è fantastica e spaziosa. La posizione è comoda per arrivare un po' dappertutto. Noi abbiamo girato molto e abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo delle bellissime spiagge anche sulla costa est e nord. La spiaggia sotto casa di lido di Capoliveri è a cinque minuti a piedi, velocissimo.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie numerose

La casa é ben disposta, funzionale e curata. Eravamo in 7 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Unico consiglio per futuri turisti é quello di non fermarsi solo sul Lido di Capoliveri, ma di girare: ci sono spiagge molto più belle.

Die Agentur war sehr bemüht, das Appartement war nicht schön

Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man auch. Die Betten und die Bettdecken waren muffelig, die Bettdecken und Kissen waren schlicht nicht zu benutzen. Diese wurden nach unserer Reklamation auch getauscht. Die Bäder waren nicht wirklich geputzt. Die Keramiken hatte Rostspuren die nicht mehr zu reinigen sind. Die Amateure fliegen einem fast schon entgegen und lösen sich auf. Die Terrasse war schön groß und wir konnten dank dem guten Wetter viel Zeit draußen verbringen. Renovierung dringend nötig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet. Die zwei Badezimmer waren sehr praktisch, wenn man mit zwei großen Jungs verreist. Der Fußweg zum Strand war kurz und es fuhren dort keine Autos. Alles war problemlos zu erreichen, auch gab es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Orte Portofereio und Porto Azzurro erreichte man schnell in ca. 15 Min.. Vor den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern waren Moskitonetze, das war sehr praktisch, man konnte nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die große Terrasse war mit reichlich Stühlen und Liegen ausgestattet. Durch die Lage an einem Hügel kühlte es sich abends angenehm ab. In der Wohnung gab es Karten mit den Stränden der Insel und Infos. Der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach war sauber und es passte viel rein. Die Küche insgesamt war praktisch und sauber. War alles da an Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Gläser, Espressomaschine, Besteck. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

sehr praktisch und ergonomisch eingerichtet

eine tolles Unterkunft für die Familie mit Kinder. Die Terrasse war die zweite Wohnzimmer. Die Kuche sehr einfach aber sehr praktisch. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand waren sehr gut und schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen auch nächstes mal gerne
