Private Mediterranean style balcony with a view of Table Mountain and the smell of fresh sea air. The balcony has a seating area, bar counter, bar stools, hurricane lamps, automated fairy-lights which come on in the garden area and up the staircase as the sun goes down. Plenty of cushions and throws.
This cottage is accessible by a staircase. Lush enclosed little garden space at the bottom of the staircase.
Good WIFI, Skyworth andriod TV system with Showmax, DSTV Now for guests who have their own premium DSTV accounts.
The cottage is supplied with crystal clear borehole water.
Lilacs parking bay is to the left of Lilacs entrance, up on the paved allocated parking space, horizontal in front of Blouberg Cottage. The parking bay is in perfect 3 angle position of the security cameras.
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests there is 24-hour detection notification security camera surveillance on all the properties perimeters, monitored remotely off-site by Innoza Group Security and supported by Star Alarms armed response.
