Pros: The location is really good and convenient- cafes just around the corner, private security patrolling the streets, grocery just 2 blocks away and uber to/from V&A would cost $2 per trip. Apartment is new, modern and functional (automated blinds, smart microwave, sleek design, all equipped, etc) in/out is easy and there is also an alarm which is great.
Cons: The check in process was a little inconvenient, we had to set up a time to check in and a person would meet us there. Gave them 1h advanced notice as required and the person arrived with the wrong set of keys. Not a big deal, we waited for him to go back and get the right set, but when we got into the apartment, we had to stand there waiting for about 15 mins while the person would run around the place completing a checklist to verify if all the items described in his app were physically there and functioning. It's not a huge deal, but when guests arrive at the accommodation they want to make themselves comfortable instead of awkwardly waiting around. I just think check in could be optimized, keys could've been left in a safebox and this checklist done prior to our arrival.
