Comfortable stay and great staff

Booked this hotel at last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and had everything you would expect. Excellent customer service and a breakfast you don't want to miss. The location is perfect for exploring Cape Town and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I would stay there again.

Give this one a miss!

It was quite an underwhelming stay. Saw quite a few cockroaches.TV channels are almost non existent.Breakfast good but overall I would only use this so called hotel as a very very very very last option.If you value your money please spend it somewhere else

A home away from home

From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family. The room is spacious and well maintained. The breakfast is wonderful with eggs prepared to your liking, meats and cheeses, fruit bowls, yogurt, muffins, and delicious breads for toast. Wash them down with a choice of three juices or expresso or strong, robust coffee. Any one on the staff is willing to make your stay a comfortable one. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a loud area

The hotel was really nice, great rooms, great staff and facilities. It was just a shame about the area it was in. Didn’t feel safe going out without the car and also it was very loud until late at night. I will reiterate that the staff and hotel was fantastic just shame about the area.

Comfortable Hotel Good Location

We stayed for three nights in October. The Parliament Hotel is simple but very comfortable. Our room was recently renovated, clean and quiet. The hotel is within a few minutes walking distance to Long Street and many of Cape Town's sights. Wifi was good and the breakfasts were excellent.

Very Nice Hotel near City Centre

Very centrally located, with friendly professional staff. The room was spacious with many TV channels. I would highly recommend this hotel as very good value.

Exceptional customer service and location

The customer service was exceptional. Freda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gracious. The hotel staff was quick to fix an issue with our tub within minutes and treated up remarkable well. Book far in advance though as it frequently is sold out

Central Location

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The included breakfasts are very good. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to popular Greenmarket Square and Long Street. The Perseverance Tavern, the oldest pub in South Africa, is a 7 minute walk.
