This beautiful fresh, clean and modern Apartment has its own complete separate entrance.
The Apartment is completely tiled out and very exclusive. The full apartment is for use by guests.
Complete Cleaning Service of Apartment will be done by every fourth day for long term guests.

NO SMOKING allowed in the Apartment.
NO ALCOHOL Drinking will be allowed on the premises.
Courtyard access is available for Smokers.
I would prefer guests to contact me if they need something, other than that, I prefer to give guests their space.
The area is very safe and access to the place is very easy and secure.
In a 3km radius you will find Grandwest Casino & Entertainment World,
N1 City Mall, Virgin Active Gym and the N1 Hospital.
Parow Golf Club is 2.8km away.
Canal Walk is a only a 10 min drive away.
Cape Town City and the V&A Waterfront is only a 15min drive away which is close to Sea Point Beach and Camps Bay.
The neighborhood is very quiet and serene. Roads are not too busy day or night. We have a Shop, Fisheries and a Laundromat in less than a 5min walking distance to & fro from the Apartment.
Getting around in the beautiful Cape Town Peninsula Area is very easy with Uber, Bolt and in-Driver.
Uber has improved their safety whilst driving in their vehicles. U may read up about it on the Internet.
A bus route and train route is also available to Cape Town and it’s surrounding areas and accessibility is not a 5min walk away from the Apartment.
