Es war perfekt für einen Aufenthalt direkt in der City. Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft als alleinreisende Frau wirklich sicher gefühlt. Leider war der Check-In etwas chaotisch. Ich konnte erst wesentlich später einchecken und zur genannten späteren Zeit, war dann leider niemand da. An der Rezeption war die Frau genervt von mir und hat mich das sehr spüren lassen. Nach 50min kam dann der Concierge. Danach war alles super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ok. Hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass Ma bei speziellen Fragen immer nur Standardantworten bekommen hat und man nicht explizit auf die Frage eingegangen ist. Rundum war es aber ansonsten ein guter Aufenthalt!
