The eco-village is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in nature, with plenty of walking trails to explore.
This beautiful house boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an additional double trundle. The master suite is especially luxurious, featuring an ensuite shower, vanity, toilet, a walk-in robe and ceiling fan. The other bedrooms all feature wardrobes, bedside table with lamps and ceiling fans, sharing a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Very clean and well designed home (eco friendly ++)
Great to have our grandkids stay with us and they loved the leisure facilities as part of "The Cape" sustainable housing estate. Also good access by cycle tracks to the beaches at Cape Paterson.
